Drylock expands in US$71M deal
Drylock Technologies NV has completed the acquisition of 100 per cent of the business of Presto Absorbent Products Inc. (PAPI). Under the terms of the deal, all PAPI employees have been retained by Drylock’s wholly-owned US-based subsidiary Drylock Technologies (Drylock US).
